Q. Where do I find my ticket?
A. Your confirmation email when you purchased contained a PDF attachment with your ticket and the barcode.  You need to bring this. If you purchased a 3 pack of tickets, please ensure the other two people who are joining you give the purchasers name at registration.

Q. What else do I need to bring?
A. Bring a pen and journal or laptop to take notes and capture all the magic and wisdom from the day. There are no meals provided, so please any food or snacks with you, along with a drink bottle.

 

Q. What time does it start and finish?
A. Registration opens at 7:45am with doors open at 8:45am and Game Plan starting at 9:00am sharp.  Game Plan concludes around 5:30pm with Happy Hour starting immediately after and going until around 7pm.
 

Q, Where can I park?

A. There is parking available for $15 for the day. Just get your ticket validated at the Mantra On View reception before you leave. Also, there is parking available at Cypress Gardens Car Park, on Cyprus Avenue, across the road from Mantra On View.

Q. Can I bring my baby?
A. Yes. Breast feeding mums and bubs are welcome.  We will have an area at the back of the room for prams to be parked and easy seating for mums.

Q. Am I able to bring my toddlers or kids?
A. No. Game Plan is a time for YOU to immerse, learn and celebrate... you and those around you will do this better if you're kid free. xo

Q. My plans have changed and I can't come, can I transfer my ticket?
A. Yes.  You can gift or on-sell your ticket as you need, that transfer and money is between you and the next person.  We ask whoever you gift or sell your ticket too has your ticket information to give at registration.

Q. Can my partner come to just the Happy Hour?
A. Yes. You can bring a partner or guest to the Game Plan Happy Hour, there is no need to buy a ticket, the cash bar will be open to everyone.
